I am only human, and I already have a rather busy schedule, so when it comes to these commissions, I will only be doing two at a time. I have a simple series of terms and conditions I appreciate and necessitate you to abide to.
1) I reserve the rights to deny service in the case of a commission straying from my own personal comfort zone
2) Half of the payment for the commission in question must be submitted within three weeks of the initial draft's examination by the client
3) Redistribution and commercial use require consent, with the prior necessitating disclosure to others in regards to the source
4) In the case of being unable to complete a commission, be it inability or various other happenstance, you have a right to request a refund
5) Transactions must be done through Paypal.
6) Conversations in regards to Commissions will be done through F/A Notes
For the purposes of sprites, a 'cell' is considered one frame of animation, with a sprite typically containing 12 different cells, three for each cardinal direction
For the purposes of Gifs and similar animation, a 'cell' is considered to be each 'object' within a scene, and every different animation cell they have
For the purposes Assets and Tiles, a 'cell' is considered a 16x16 area. Further explanation may be given if deemed necessary or relevant.
In the case of an individual object or character being larger than a 32x32 area for various reasons, the definition of a 'cell' may be adjusted to reflect the additional workload it will cause.
As a personal note, do not hesitate to specify what it is you want and clarify details, but be aware of the limitations a pixelated style can have, especially a simplified one. While I will usually request that I am able to submit commissions as part of my portfolio or to publicize my work, if there is fair reason to deny such, we may negotiate terms. Once again, It is likely that, given a naturally busy schedule, I may deny commissions due to workload management. In the case of two extensive commissions being made, I will indicate myself as closed for the time being.
