yes thats right folks, me and  singedoragon as koopas.
kind of of a collaboration of sorts. i gave him the idea. he wrote the short story. and i draw the visual for it heh.

[One day down in Singe's lab with the company of A rather close friend Ryu And his trusty lab assistant Girtok Sorting the vast collection of chemicals with Girtok trying to drink the more sweet colored ones Ryu finds one unmarked with a odd greenish red hue. "Ryu that is a special one I was saving it until it becomes less volatile to test it" Singe says as he puts a few of the harsher shape changing mixtures on a shelf. Ryu rather curious upon hearing that its special asks "~oh! Hmmm then if its so special how come you left it unmarked?" Girtok runs across the table almost knocking over several vials snagging one of the strawberry smelling ones popping it open with a quiet "murglle?" looking at ryu focusing on the vile he’s holding. Singe spots this knowing that Girtok is probably about to leap at it "NOO GIR Do.." its cut short when girtok leaps at Ryu trying to get the new vile spilling the one he opened across the wood of the desk. Ryu being cot up in the moment gets a face full of merlock as it leaps off of him and to his arm knocking the vile out of his hand crashing to the floor shattering releasing the vapors of the liquid in side filling the room with a dark bluish smoke. They all managed to breath in the smoke enuf to undergo the effects of the liquid causing a rather amusing mutation But the smoke obscures it Girtok is on the desk drinking what’s left of the strawberry liquid. "Well I was saving it for you actually But its a bit late for that." Singe says as the fans come on. "Its a mutagin that is extracted From the Koopas Of the mushroom kingdom I got permission from there lord to run these experaments. He was glad to have something to convert his more furry followers" Singe laughs as he explanes "Ryu.. Uh Ryu.." he says trying to get the now stuned gatersnake koopa. "This IS AWESOME~!!! The lads back home will flip their shit when they see me!!" Ryu exclaims seeing his new form now
as Singe shakes his head "You are a silly, silly Gator, But I’m glad to see it was a sucesss! It is indeed awesome We should show Bowser these results" Girtok Desides to Flex the the glory that is a Merlock koopa. "How Many times Have I told you Not to Do that Gir!" Singe yells not really that angry at him though the only responce from Girtok is him sticking out his tongue.]
