By commissioning me, you agree to the following conditions. Please read this ToS carefully to avoid any confusion. Thank you!

Regarding Payment
payment is arranged via invoice. I accept EURos through Paypal. i will only finish your order after I have received full payment.

Commission process
you will receive a sketch for approval, for which you may request any corrections. Upon request, you may receive WIPs of different stages of your commissions. You may ask for one correction on each consecutive stage. Any changes that require me to go back to previous stages and undo work will require additional payment. if you do not request to see WIPS, I will assume you are satisfied with the art.

Refunds
If I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, you have a right to a full refund regardless of how finished your order is. I will not accept cancellations after receiving payment for any other reasons.

prohibited subjects
I will not accept orders that contain the following:
-Art that contains hateful messages.
-any real life political or religious themes, messages, symbols or flags .
(country symbols are allowed.
-illegal material.
-characters owned by a third party that you have no permission to use.
(this excludes characters from established franchises)

NSFW commissions are up for discussion and double the price. These are anonymous and not to be reposted. I may turn these orders down for any reason and do not require explaining why. Please conduct yourself professionally if you order.

Copyright
You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use. including, but not limited to: icons, signatures, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display. if you are looking to redistribute my work for your game, comic, ad banner, show it at conventions, etc, please discuss this with me first.

you are prohibited from claiming my work as your own or setting it up for commercial use.
You are prohibited from using my sketches to commission someone else.
You are prohibited from sending my WIP work to third parties without permission, unless their character is present in a commission.
You are prohibited from using my work as a non-fungible token (NFT).
You are prohibited from using my work to train any kind of AI model.

I reserve the rights to the artwork and to display it in my art galleries as a part of my portfolio. An anonymous commission is possible, if discussed beforehand.
I reserve the right to rework the sketch of rejected poses/ideas for other projects.
