A thrilling combination of Indian and Mexican cooking into a delicious fusion of cuisine deliciousness that only chefs like myself can create.
Here’s what I used:
-leftover tandoori chicken and curry veggies
-tahini peanut sauce
-2 slices of cheese (I used marble and provolone
-Hummus
Here’s how I did it:
1-placed a naan wrap of preferred size on plate and spread on hummus
2-reheated chicken and veggies in a hot pan with curry sauce and powder to rekindle flavour
3-placed chicken+veggie mix chicken onto wrap then add sauce and wrap up tight (careful not to break your naan)
4-grill on each side until on hot surface until all 4 sides are crunchy and golden-brown (careful not to burn!)
5-enjoy!
