The updated appearance for the Frostburn Dragons really came out nice in this piece. In short, the orator prestige class works on the concept of being able to just have such an intense, commanding presence that allies can ignore fear, enemies simply freeze in place because you demanded they do so, and you conduct combat like it were a grand orchestra. Kind of why he's holding his wand like a conductor's baton, actually. =P

His garb was actually based loosely off the maestro from the Daft Punk movie, Interstella: 5555 - The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem. Also fun fact: it counts as actual armour in the game's mechanics.
