Sequenced in 0CC-FamiTracker using both the Konami VRC6 and Nintendo MMC5 chips.
For this, I went all out. I didn't just want to make an exact 8-bit translation of the 16-bit version, but I wasn't quite aiming to adapt the Pixel Remaster version, either. Using both VRC6 and MMC5 chips certainly gave me enough channels to make an exact 8-bit translation, but I decided to make use of some of this extra capability to add details the Super NES couldn't that you often hear in other versions. For instance, I used two channels to make the main melody more legato by letting each note release naturally as each next note started, like in PS1-era Yasunori Mitsuda music. It's a small detail, but helps carry the melody better.
