I once said art can be a lonely thing. And it often is for myself. Usually I'm off in my stories, not really looking back, not thinking ahead. Some days it feels like I've been walking through fog for a long while.

I love to entertain folks. Love to share idea's, notions and things that have been with me since I was a kid. But more than that, I'm always hoping my work will mean something to someone. Not because I want a pat on the back, but because I genuinely want people like you to feel good. About your day, about you.

It's a pure joy I have, seeing others get into the arts. Seeing someone take up the pen and paper and just explore. Seeing some of you who have grown up with me come to share ideas of your own and help be that next genuine and beautiful voice out there where it's needed most.

I've been posting up my art since middle school. I'm still going to keep doing it until I'm too weak and overtaken by my age or some other. So I'm hoping the kindness that you have, that passion you're developing, and the big heart behind it...I hope you'll pick up where I leave off and carry a heart stronger than mine ever was.

Maybe we'll see each other a bit more sometime. Maybe I'll see your art too. That would be nice. It would be.
