Shortly after we started setting up the headless lounge at FurCon 2011, we realized that we didn't have a sign out front. Pelt, one of the staff, got right on the problem, and headed up to the artist's den to ask for some help.

Pelt returned about 45 minutes later with the sign you see here. I don't remember who did the artwork, but some artist simply donated it to the headless lounge! We were extremely grateful to have it, and we enjoyed having it outside the door during the con.

However! Sometime during the early hours of Monday morning, someone thought it would be cute to steal the sign. When we opened the lounge on Monday morning, the sign had been ripped off of its cardboard backing!

I was very sad, to say the least. Not only was that art generously donated to the convention, it was really well done! I had hoped to store it with the rest of the lounge equipment so that it could be re-used for future Fur Cons, but alas.

If anyone knows who did this art, please inform me so I can give him/her credit! Also, if you or anyone you know took this piece, I beg you to return it so that it can be used again next year.
