Operating differently than the many Data brokers within the city, Pixie is a peculiar case to handle. The willingness to help the police is mainly countered by an ardent desire for independence and reluctance to reveal the methods used to gather each provided information.
Those factors taken apart, it is nonetheless clear Pixie has no ill-intent towards the city's wellbeing and is instead following their own agenda, albeit we have doubts of what. Following the entity reveals itself to be nigh impossible due to the nature of each encounter set on their terms. It is expected the place is prepared in advance, but it also seems Pixie is akin to a ghost. It is possible to take them in photos, and no local or national files pertain to their existence.
Honestly, it sounds like a hassle to find a way to pin Pixie, and we should simply accept the provided information; so far, any details provided during the exchange were proven to be true in the short or long term.
Perhaps we should heed the threat of corruption amongst our ranks.

An artwork of Pixie, one of the characters I've never had the opportunity to develop. As an acting GM on a roleplay channel, I've had only a few opportunities to develop personal characters like I did for Daniel or Albert Moores. Also, I could have used Pixie to kickstart an intrigue into that universe, before it all went down.
