Greetings everyone, I gladly present a lore piece from Vilous of ColTors, lake located south of Tesae city where it is used a plantation for a diversely used plant called Racqyo. The sene is based around 100 RC and shows how teams of mixed Eltus go about farming the Talyxain plant.

Racqyo plants are an important resource in Eltus society, with the shoots having many uses and recognised as a versatile resource. These Talyxian plants prefer waterlogged areas to grow in such as lakes, swamps and rivers and are only known to grow in fresh bodies of water. Since ancient days the Eltus have planted expansive crop fields, known as “Racqyo plantations”, in freshwater bodies usually along shorelines and swamps. The artwork shows a scene of ColTors looking south where a small team of harvesters are working in the harsh heat of the southern Reono land on the ColTors plantation.

The sergal, leader of the team takes the workers through the labyrinth of small islands and shallow waters of ColTors plantation using a powerboat. Their role is to assess the maturity of the plants and mark them with a flag for cutting down by a separate team. A man and lady Agudner sit under the cool shade of the neighbouring Racqyo providing much needed respite as they eat their lunch, their roles to load and unload stacked shoots.
