are you teaching falconry?

No, this is a wildlife rehabilitation center. We'll use her for educational programs (and she'll be taught some basic falconry skills so we can better handle her), but she won't be capable of true flight. She's taken permanent residence after a virus nearly destroyed the use of her left eye (she can apparently see out of a corner of the eye about the size of a pinhole, so sometimes she twists her head almost upside down so that eye can look at her food.) Otherwise however, she is perfectly healthy, only lacking in the depth perception needed for hunting (or other demanding flight).
