Chill isn't actually real, but a costume of a mascot brought to life by an unknown force just like MYK and TJ. Much like those two, he was brought to life to wreak havoc and help destroy the city, but he has other plans.

He was created to sell soda in the 90s and spent a lot of time shouting hip slang and riding waves of Wedge soda on his surfboard, but quickly found himself forgotten by the turn of the century. Previously on top of the world, entertaining children and adults all craving cold drinks, he spent decades being laughed at and joked about, hearing every single insult thrown his way. His costume was frozen in time, unable to even gesture at his naysayers, until he was resurrected.

Turns out, all of those years of forcing energy into his performance, then being scolded for it, has left him very cold and uninterested in people. Now sporting a much stronger body and an aggressive disposition he's... Just going to live unbothered by everybody else? What do you mean he isn't going to be a deadly monster like the other two? WAIT, this isn't what was supposed to happen! He's supposed to be a bad guy! WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE JUST ORDERED DELIVERY?
