Design choice question: The 'good guys' appear to have underbites (bigger teeth pointing up when their jaws are clenched) and the 'bad guys' have more pronounced overbites (although... we don't see its mouth closed). Does a nice job of giving the good guys really classic pronounced jaw shapes, along with all their muscly bulk (compared to the lanky scrawniness of the bad guys)

Excellent question, thanks for asking! Yes this was intentional. I'm a big fan of hypermasculine heros of older comics, particularly from the 90's so I was trying to emulate that "strong jaw" to give them a more friendlier look to match their bodies. The lycanthrope design was more inspired by emaciation, in they don't hunt for food, only for killing. But we will get more into that later in the comic.
