I, for one, think this is cute. :) I drew a pink lemur a long time ago, but you don't hear me complaining. (said lemur can only be seen on furafterdark.com)

They look like all the other Lemur characters I've seen...overly toony, brightly colored, and with odd colored eyes...

Yes, but the whole 'rave-ish' look is so overdone...

And if you want to point out that Jesse is brightly colored as well...I've never seen any other wolf characters done quite like him...

Yeah, "rave-ish" stuff is done a lot...but so are a lot of genras, so your comment is moot. People draw certain things because it makes them happy, overdone or not.

And the motivational posters/Jrock stickfigures were only drawn for teh lulz...no effort went into them. If you want to see stuff I actualy tried on, try looking harder at my gallery next time.

I never said I was better or further allong in anything. I'm actualy worse at drawing than I was in school. And, really, I could be alot worse...point out the flaws in the drawing and generaly be a bitch...all I did was point out that the characters lacked originality...

Hey, just commenting in to say that it's your right to draw lemurs.
Lemurs are as cool and cute as wolfes, cats, birds.
And even if you get your inspiration (( I didn't say "copy" ) from somebody else, who care ? We all do- We're not born original. All the things we produce are copied from something already existing- even if it's the nature itself- so yeah, go ahead, your characters are very cute- and your style will change with time and maybe because more personnal.

I (( lol Me ) learnt to draw thanks to GORILLAZ. My style looked a lot like the Band Gorillaz- a lot of people of course were "BOOHOO YOUR CHARAS LOOK LIKE 2D, OR MURDOC DDD':" - And what ? I keep drawing.

I also nothing against arpegiuswolf, just- pointing out that the only person who never copied anyone is GOD. XD
