In this "Dinosaucers" fan art commission by 
wolfox90210, Bronto Thunder, the muscle of the Dinosaucers, finds himself overpowered when he's sat on by his rival Brachio, who has Dinovolved into his prehistoric form.
In the cartoon, Dinovolving was a technology that the heroic Dinosaucers had and the villainous Tyrannos lacked. In some episodes, learning the secret of Dinovolving was the Tyrannos' goal. While they never managed it, a couple of times they were hit with a devolving ray that turned them fully into their pre-historic form, without their evolved intelligence. My idea is that even if they can't replicate Dinolvolving technology, if they could steal a Dinovolver from the Dinosaucers, they could hack it and make it work for them.
