That would be freaking awesome, but it'd be tricky to make 'em look good... I mean, ideally you'd do it in a good leather... and I don't know if pleather would look stiff enough. Though in my experience cardboard always helps... XD Or wood glue and double-layering the fabric, as long as the shape is kept right while it dries... Maybe suede... it's cheaper.
