I was minding my own business, just perusing the wares at the Baltimore Pen Show and pass this table and there is is. A 1940's Sheaffer gold stub nib piston filler fully restored and tuned by one Gerry Berg. I looked at it. I put it down and walked away. I looked at hundreds of pens, piles of paper and gallons of inks of many colors but I couldn't shake that Sheaffer. It's mine now, inked up and tested and it does not disappoint. No regrets.
