Allright, is there any australians in the house? how many of you are tired of this song? Well, I'd be glad to hear some suggestions for good Australian artists and songs. I am already familiar with Lucky starr, Helen Reddy an Nick Cave.

most of what I know is Aussie country. However, there are songs like 'Man from Snowy River' and 'Clancy of the Overflow' that are good that you may like to use. If not, let me know and I will delve into my extensive Aussie country section of my harddrive and see what i can find
ok, here is 'Man from Snowy River' Penned by Banjo Patterson and sung here by Slim Dusty almost 100 years later http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rW7rgnNqgjE
Then there is Clancy of the overflow IIRC written by Banjo and this version was sung by Slim http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zStL.....eature=related
Then you have one of Slim's songs, the one that kick started his career that led him to become Australia's king of country music 'The rain tumbles down in July' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYIM.....eature=related
Here is Lee Kernaghan's 'boys from the bush' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyjYveL14Lg
And Graeme Connor's 'These Uncertain times' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBvwfPSERqo
there are many more, but they should get you started. If you want to know more, note me :)
