Hey look, I did something with Kibo for once.
I always think of my funky shiny Charmander dude, but I always struggle with ideas for him. Is he part of some wrestling league for shorter Pokemon? A PMD OC? I can't figure it out.
However, this new outfit I came up for him might be a step in a proper direction. If not, then hey, it's an update for Kibo nonetheless.
