Some changes:
BG prices *Will* be enforced moving forward; I've been way too willing to handwave it in the past
No more Paint tier; if I find a new way to paint that I'm happier with I'll move it back in
And for Ref sheets I wanna try to keep them more simple from now on

Edit: new clauses:
1: If a month passes between completion of sketch and payment without prior informing of extenuating circumstances, the commission will be forfeit and I will have the right to repurpose your sketch as a ych auction to recoup costs
2: First time commissioners must pay in full after an acceptable first draft sketch is completed; before any corrections are made. Acceptable here is defined as accurately depicting the positioning of characters, with at most minor tweaks required to pose
