Over the years, legends have been spreading about a master of disguises, a spy who can disguise himself into anything you could imagine. One who can clear any infiltration mission or task he has set out to do. The one, the only Rairai!

This Raichu is known to be the best, the greatest, the cutest, most charming Raichu known to man... (at least, according to himself). Nevertheless, I'm sure over time, you'll agree with him.

Of course, even though he might think highly of himself, he will always make sure to accomplish his boss and master  Valtz's requests.

I'm sure you'll get to meet him soon. Perhaps as his cute, loveable self. Or perhaps as one of the many disguises he'll put on for his missions. If you're lucky, you might be his next disguise for a super important mission!

Just... make sure to not become his next target, after all, you'll be done for before you could do anything...

I can't wait to show you all more of him in the future, but until then: Mission Accomplished!
