did flopsys earth memorys come from a computer programmer who got stabbed by a policeman and died? thats my theory!!!! the computer programmer died from a jail stabbing and woke up as flopsy. thats the source of the "double reverse isekai" genre label!!!!
im probly wrong. either way i hope flopsy is ok. she seems to have more anxiety than princess.
also flopsy: i like the "trying to make sure u avoid usin enough force to kill humans" thing, it makes me feel safer, but mayb it isnt the best strategy against a magic assassin

It's hard to have self-esteem when you've spent your entire life being basically "a really fancy piece of farm equipment". Princess worries she's a burden, Flopsy worries she's a danger. She was created to serve humans, to make their lives easier and better. The entire reason for her existence is to help humans, after all! ^_~ Normally, she's less anxious, but you gotta admit this is a pretty wild time. Barely a month ago, her Master was killed, she was flung into another world, and now her Master's killer is hunting her down. Looots of trauma being front and center, the poor girl.
In her mind, "no killing" isn't up for debate. On Terra, Constructs have to be used carefully, because they can be highly dangerous. If Constructs are being used to move cargo, and a little kid runs in front of them, well... The Constructs will only stop if their orders have been specifically crafted to include instructions to stop. Can't anticipate every danger, either. If an accident happens and a human is killed, the Construct is destroyed immediately, and the spell/orders are to be investigated. Can't have negligence with something so dangerous, it'd make the mage profession look bad! Doesn't matter the circumstances, because Constructs can't make their own choices. If one kills, there's a fault in its programming, and it's the owner/creator who's at fault. (They can still be found innocent, potentially, but the rules are based on Constructs being essentially disposable. You can always make another, after all.)
There's, uh... There's a lot of things in those rules that never really got updated for a Living Construct. >.>
