Wrath is the oldest of those seven creatures, canonically too. She possess tremendous strength but nowadays she is mostly just aloof and gruffy, preferring solitude and minding her own business, and assumes everyone else to do the same, or else. The presence of or else -part is very strong around her, there are still old stories for her infamy when she was young and more actively violent.
Handle her with same respect as a railroad car full of explosives and you'll be fine.
