The main objective was to draw to people who were slightly interested in each other, but not like a stereotypical hallmark movie or the story of how ones grandma met their grandpa. I imagined myself as the cat to the right and I was drawing my bf. This drawing sort of failed, I wanted to get more comfortable with the idea of intimacies, but I ended up keeping the characters friends :P . The reason both characters are wearing pride hand bands is I originally had both characters as boys, the one on the right was crossdressing to mock straight romances. Well, I played myself because when you put a tutu on a cat it passes as a woman faster then you'll get passed going the speed limit on a California freeway. I've decided that she's a transgender cat girl instead :D . One last comment, the reason the legs and arms of my characters are equal length is because they started out as stick figures, like you would see in a New Grounds animation. I thought it looked super cute because the proportions make them look just like housecats. UwU :)
