Another DB5 (registration 56526) appeared in Casino Royale (2006), this time owned by the villain, Alex Dimitrios. This car had Bahamian number plates and left-hand drive (where the previous British versions had been right-hand drive). In the film, Bond wins the car from Dimitrios after beating him in a card game.

[Bond and M drive off in the Aston Martin DB5]
M:
It's not very comfortable, is it?
James Bond:
[Flips up the shift knob cap to reveal the ejector seat button underneath] Are you gonna complain all the way?
M:
Oh, go on, then, eject me. See if I care.
[Bond reconsiders the thought and closes the shift knob while driving]

But that's what the Silver DB5 was known for over the years, some people look at it as James Bond's Car compared to looking at a pink Cadillac that some people think belong to Elvis or a Red Ferrari that looks like Magnum Pi's Car.
And I can see the plate, but some people still look at a Silver DB5 as a James Bond Car.
