Back with a new com I requested + we have an interesting one. While having a Naga half for my Louie, he does get some perks of using hypnosis on his enemies. Don't worry, he does this on thugs/bullies who provoke him + his friends. Another interesting detail here is that when he induces his hypnosis,
his eyes have a more reptilian look to it. But when he doesn't use his powers, they go back to normal. Best way to entrap them like that by wrapping them up with his snake half to prevent them from escaping and teach them a lesson.
