A sketch of a joke NPC from a comic contest I hosted last year. Prof. Pycro was an engineer at the research institute, and held a dumpster diving event for people to take old technology and refurbish them better than ever.

Also the contest was set in the Pokemon world so the fact he was a real world raccoon was never addressed.

Will probably send to scraps later.
