A new foster puppy at my sister's rescue: Emmett.

He was sold on craiglist by his unscrupulous breeder, then dumped by his new owner after a few weeks. He's undersized from starvation, losing fur, is infested with fleas and three kinds of worms ("He's pooping spaghetti," my sis says).

The poor little guy has only been alive for a few months and has already taken a beating! It's sad, but at least he's being cared for now. He's very sweet, you can tell just by looking. Also, my sister's one dog is thrilled to have someone else to dominate.
