This is my first ever color picture that I made of both of my characters, Walter Ringtail and Rusty Boulder. I know this picture looks cruddy by my present standards, but this was done nearly 3 years ago and I was just getting restarted with drawing. Also, I had no experience with colored pencils at the time. Anyway, this shows Walter sliding down on a children's play slide and Rusty wanting to join in! This is also the first ever picture of Paw Valley, which has been surrounded by mountains ever since.
