At the suggestion of scurrow

scurrow, blanket bear was reworked to be a heartwarming disease/parasite.

I suppose the whole bear blanket product could just be ursotenaxitis made into a commodity, like botulism made into Botox™ or wolf hugs made into Lupocomprex™.

It is only natural that over time, as man created new ways of warmth, the bears developed a need to be cuddled and sought out for hosts.
Here, in their new habitat, you can find that the bear and host set a balance: the bear provides extra needed warmth, and the host provides the sensitive cuddling and love that the bears have grown so accustomed to.

I really like how it's exactly the same as the first (save for text), suggesting that even after finding out about this syndrome he has, his routine doesn't change at all. The bear is just too comfortable.
