In the fourth Panel, Ozzie meets Mr. Ford, who has a foul odor, and is sloppily dressed in stained clothing. Ozzie is visibly disappointed and disgusted. A nearby wall clock reads 2:45 PM.
Mr. Ford: You must be Mr. Hannon! Let's start the interview.
