Cykabelle is a worgon priest who was captured by the lich king shortly before his death . he had decided to experiment on the worgon to see if he could make the already deadly race more deadly by mixing them with other animals most didn't survive but cykabelle did and was one of the few surviving creations but with her genes altered with a bat. the process caused her to lose her sight. But her ears where enhanced like a bat so she really didn't need them anymore. Her wings allow her to fly but she doesn't fly often with them.
Her experience with the lich king made her very brutal Defiantly not the priest you want to piss off randomly.
