The S.T.R.I.P.E.S is a specially advanced police service crewed by mammals. Their top agents, Captain Ray Wakefield, Vladislav Vulpula and Sandy MacHopper are sent along to check out a toy factory located in the North Pole, their trainee agent, Amanda Kane, a superpowered kid-raccoon is left behind making her sad and feeling left out.
When the three agents signal is lost not long after, Commander Kane, Amanda's adopted-father has no choice but to send in Amanda alone to try and locate their whereabouts.
Landing at the seemingly abandoned factory, Amanda is met with resistance along with many mechanical creations which she confirms to her father were made by Dr. Metalago, the S.T.R.I.P.E.S archenemy. Concluding that the three agents have been abducted, Kane orders Amanda to proceed with caution up the tower and try to locate them.
Despite all the resistance in her way, Amanda's powers and help from her superiors prove to be more than a match for anything Metalago can throw at her and she finally comes face to face with him at the top of the factory tower, where Amanda defeats him in one-to-one combat.
However, Metalago reveals he has the three agents in his clutches and takes off in a space rocket to escape, Amanda pursuing close behind, now able to fly. The ship is powered by the three agents' own power which causes Amanda no end of trouble, but she barely scrapes through and destroys the rocket, freeing her friends and enabling them to arrest the evil doctor and take him into custody.
The end sees Amanda waking up on Christmas morning with her friends and getting a big candy cane from Santa Claus for her help, along with a group hug from her fellow agents.
