While I find the redesign fascinating, and the art is well done, I don't think you can take ownership of a trademarked character name and prohibit others from using it in conjunction with your character design tweaks. That's Bandai's name, and Bandai's character. Might I suggest tweaking the name to make it yours, just as you have tweaked the design to make it yours? Perhaps Rema-nom. For your version is luscious .. nom nom nom. ;)

The slightly plumper, more childish appearance bestows an aura of innocence. The flowing arm...tuft...things... resemble wings, and the eyes are wide and add to the younger look. Kinda reminds me of a Renamon X or something with the techy-looking gauntlets.

First renamon I've seen that didn't look stupid. I pretty much despise digimon in its entirety but this is a badass character design. -way- better than the original.
