I've been busy with a hard-surface modeling intro course the past few days. Result is this crane model, which taught me many important things. It got a bit technical and I was afraid that I would not enjoy modeling work at all, but it turns out to be super fun.
On top I went on a small tangent into decals and lettering work in 3D. Really cool niche in itself. It's so frustrating that I don't have more time to spend at the moment, I want to take it all in but each subject I touch on needs atleast 20 hours introduction and hundreds of hours to really practice them. With only an hour per day to spend I guess have to be patient.
