The sub shuttle runs beneath the entire Structure and is the main method of transportation for longer distances. People don't have cars, there are only grav shuttles and flying shuttles, and only the richest can afford to have a private flying shuttle. The public grav shuttles run on pre-made lines through the structure, kinda like trams. People can use grav boards (yes hoverboards are a thing in this setting) for shorter distances, or just regular bikes and scooters.
