Yeah, it takes time and it depends what dosage you are on. Maybe it is not for you. I am on it for depression, so it is a bit different to BPD. I have prazepam for flair ups of anxiety and it is pretty good.
Good luck finding a good therapist. I can't remember if you are still in Poland or you returned to Ukraine, but I don't imagine finding a therapist in East Europe is easy. (well...
