the History of this empire : This empire was made out of two federal Duchies The Duchy of Vointerburg (German duchy) (the best diplomacy but very bad army) and Duchy of Franzorević (it has coast line and good govermment, good ruling, great army and big support of the) (Croatian Duchy) but the Duchy of Vointerburg was going into big dipression because of unemployment and not enough food so the two duchies were unified into personal federal union of Frankland but the question was who will rule the country then ithappened that the main dinasty that was very powerful was the dinasty Franzorevič and then they decided to become an empire with a Kaiser (Emperor in German) to rule the Federal duel Monarchy

the flag : the flag is based on Austro-hungarian flag but with out of Green and red they have dark blue half and light blue half the dark blue part is the flag of Duchy of Vointerburg with blue and white checkered shield with German Crown and the light blue half is the flag of Duchy of Franzorević with red and white checkered sheild with the Croatian crown of Kralj Dmitar Zvonimir with red rubies
