CUSTOMER RIGHTS
These exist to protect you, the consumer.
1. If you need to confirm the progress of your commission, you can send me a message through any social network of your availability, in Furaffinity, or Twitter. I publish my WIP (work in progress) of your commission, only in the case of being very elaborate.
2. Copyright belongs to your character. because it is your character, and it will not be used for any profit.
3. If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketch stage, and after the relevant changes have been made, I will refund 90-80% of the price you paid, based on how elaborate the sketch you request is.
4. You are entitled to 3 free reviews of your commissions. At the sketch stage, when you submit the final version, you are entitled to a partial color change, but not design, if you want to make an additional change it will cost an additional $5-$10 USD, or more depending on its complexity.

ARTIST'S RIGHTS
These exist to protect me.
1. I will have a more direct and clear deal via Discord (ozuartwork#6647), in the event that I do not use this means of communication, the business will be carried out via a note through any of my social networks, preferably Twitter or Furaffinity.
2. You can use my image for commercial purposes, if you request it previously at the time of making the commission and you must commit that I will obtain credit mentioning that I am the author of the same 'Creative Commons License', however you must not make any any type of modification or alteration of this image, whether it be color, adding text, or cutting the image or removing my signature.
3. Your character design is too complicated (I'll let you know) or if you request additional details, I reserve the right to charge extra.
4. Keep your composure and be courteous when dealing with me, if you are uneducated I might refuse to draw for you.

PAYMENT POLICY
1. All prices discussed are in USD (United States Dollars).
2. I accept payments through Paypal, DeviantPoints or Payment from Deviantart (you can use you payment card )
3. To start drawing you must send 100% of the payment requested.
