Hm. This could look better. My suggestion is not using lined paper to submit something on. Or at least using paper with lines that aren't as thick. It makes the whole image look significantly more busy than it should be.
You have potential to improve, but you need to truly focus yourself if you wish to attain it. All blades start off dull. It takes time for them to be forged properly. Being impatient will only make the blade weak and blunt, and unable to be used at its true potential.
In other words, you'll get better with practice if you apply yourself.
