That’s quite the interesting shirt. Leaving everything below the chest exposed by design. Can’t say I’ve seen anything quite like it before, but no doubt it’s waiting to come into style.

It's called a button up crop top. It's showing off a bit more belly than one would normally see because Kate is still picking sizes that are slightly too small. :)
