A bit of backstory: Skye is a scholar and mage in the Ashfall Kingdom, he traveled from his home kingdom to make a new life in the Lumian Kingdom. It's here he starts to advance his studies on ancient magic and the history of the world, hoping to find secrets others would never find. Other than his love for magic history, Skye is a lover of unique teas and always tries to mix different herbs and leaves to make new ones.
During his first year of moving to Lumian Kingdom, he went to the castle city where most of the books are held. It's here he meets Casten, a gnoll who recently became a knight and started his own group to work with. Casten tried to recruit Skye as he could see the cat is very skilled with magic spells and had a lot of strength with them. Though, Skye turned him down because he didn't see how his magic knowledge would be helpful to Casten. However, Skye offered to be friends with him and tell him about the various magical history. The two decide to hang out and spend time together while Casten slowly develops his own team.
After a year of being in Lumian, Skye has become a reliable source of information and the history of magic. He was still learning more about magic and lore, but he was above many scholars in Lumian in that regard. Not only for his knowledge, but Skye has shown his skillfulness in magic combat. It's during this time that Skye shows that to Casten, assisting him in a fight against 7 mages who attacked a caravan. Thanks to them they were able to protect the caravan, afterwards, Casten asked Skye to join his group again. However, this time Skye accepts his offer. On the condition that Casten tries out his unique teas and pays for his shopping needs. Casten accepted this and soon Skye became a Lumian Knight.
