Requested by Hero, who asked for" [ref] Alternate ending to the Ben 10 episode 'A Change of Face'
Where during their switch-back, unlike said episode, Charmcaster manages to disrupt the process by shooting a stray attack at the ongoing process while Gwen‘s and Ben‘s bodies had almost completed phasing through the other in said switching-back-process.
The end result out of it is that, while Gwen is back in her normal body again, Ben‘s has been transformed into an identical clone‘s of Gwen‘s wearing same clothes as her even down to the hairstyle, with only it maintaining the same color still as their previous self to be able to tell it’s Ben, leaving them quite upset at the outcome."
