Her character(s)(not sure who belongs to who!) Kazdra, a female/gender shifter dragon wolf, Dearc the dragon(male) and Flaerion, a hermaphrodite fire fox! They're in a tri-relationship and look so happy to be so! This was certainly a very challenging peice. I think this is probably only the second or third time I drew more than two characters in a picture(and interacting!) The joining of Kazra and Flaerion's hands were to hide Dearc's man parts, but you'd still be able to see it... I didnt want to draw it in though, I didn't think it would look right for some reason; when in doubt, leave it out! If Kahateni thinks its necessary for the pic, I will certainly draw it in! n_n Also, I obviously don't draw a lot of wings. I don't really like how these came out... but they certainly could be worse I guess! X[
This took about 4 hours total.. A lot of detail went into this and of course the scanner raped everything, but she'll see it herself once I mail it out.
Prisma and crayola markers, prisma and crayola penciles, gel pen accents on Kazdra, white ink on Dearc, microns on illustration board.
I hope she likes this!!

I absolutely adore how you do fur texture. It really jumps out at me down on the bottom orange part of Flaerion's tail. That's so beautiful. So many artists [probably myself included] try to detail every inch of the tail, but your way is much better, IMO. Less crowded. The way you shade/highlight black is amazing. I love how smooth it looks.
Great work with expressions and making it into a three person pose. I find that hard to do sometimes!
