Was rear ended this morning and not in the fun way... Some idiot in front of me decided to stop at a green light. I had to stop quick and then was rear ended by the driver of a 2008 VW. Have insurance working on it, no one injured and the driver of the stopped vehicle sped off before I could see the their plate... I was thrown forward but the seat belt kept me from hitting anything and my body armor ( I work armed security) kept me from having the belt dig into my chest. Minor soreness in my right hand - pretty good jolt from the impact.

Yep, was a bit shaken. So far just a little soreness in one finger. Was like one minute away from my workplace when it occurred. I'm just glad the young mother in the car that hit me was okay along with her young son. She had her belt on and the kid was in a good car seat in the back seat of her VW.
Yep. Fun morning. Found out I'd missed a payment last week - had paid but one day too early so it didn't count for the payment on a bank card. Was stuck making a payment with a penalty on it.. Then had to deal with wet roads and minor snowfall. The wreck was just the icing on the metabolic reside cake
I didn't have time - car came to abrupt stop and I managed to avoid hitting it but took a heck of a hit. $7200 paid out by the other driver's insurance for repairs - over a grand for vehicle rental for a month and over $5000 on dental work - broke a tooth with a crown in the wreck. At least my work body armor saved my chest from injury from the shoulder belt.
