Here's another title card for what 
Flyer950 requested me to make too.
What he mentioned is that it's meant to be a sequel to the PAW Patrol fanfic Pups Save a Sleepy Heeler but it sounds like a Midquel, there is a sub plot in this one where Snickers one of Bluey's friends would be with the Heelers to Adventure Bay along with his family, but Snickers has a huge phobia of water due to being unable to swim because of his short arms and legs and that's when Coral helped him out. So, I'm guessing we're hearing Snicker's side of the story on what was happening during Pups Save a Sleepy Heeler fanfic, although neither Ryder nor any of the pups met him because they were with the Heelers this whole time but that's what I'm guessing.

Now I remember, and just as a sidenote, the merpups that will turn the paw patrol and the heelers into merpups and merdogs will be the Mama and Baby merpups.
Coral on the other hand will be gone on 'special merpup duties' after being told of these duties by the Merpup, which Captain Turbot would translate, but in reality, Coral is actually with Snickers and his family, aiding him in overcoming his water phobia, the scene should involve Snickers (In merpup form, his fishtail should be yellow with green stripes) hyperventilating because of being in water, his family wod try to calm him down, but to no avail. Coral would then step in and would hug Snickers while singing the Magic Mermoon lullaby from Aqua Pups: Pups save a floating castle, this would work and Snickers would end up blushing a bright red upon seeing Coral hugging him.
The reason why I'm suggesting this is because it would allow the story to work.

For the ending, it should cut to years later, where we see an adult Snickers and Coral in Puplantis, reminiscing about the life they have had together, it would then show that Coral now has a wedding ring on her, showing that they had become more than just friends, the last scene will then show the adult Snickers and Coral kissing, ending the fanfic on a high note.
