"It's not as if you were going to use them, right?"
An unknown, undercover agent sneaks her way into an enemy missile base. Little do they know that she intends to steal their launch codes and put them to good use! In a mere matter of minutes they will have a national crisis to deal with...
This picture for me is a labour of love. It's the longest time I've ever taken to complete a digital image and it shows in the detail. I started this picture off rather simply, but kept adding details to it until it got to well... This stage...
I also experimented with a few new things:
1) Drawing a gun at an uncommon angle.
2) The highlights in her hair.
3) A different way to shade/light the eyes.
4) Fur texture on the tail (not sure if I'll keep this part).
5) A complex, man-made background.
Some information:
She is an African Wild Dog.
I can't decide on what nationality she should be...
She's equipped with a Micro Uzi, Reserve Ammo, Throwing Knives, Smoke and Stun Grenades, Wristband PDA and a Laptop.
I was originally going to draw her as a Leopard.
Nearly everything about this piece was difficult, but in the end I think it turned out rather well! I'd appreciate any comments/feedback you may have! :)
Edit: Made some slight changes.

...DAYUM,she's hot! D:
Nice work on the background, too! <3
My only qualm would be the left boob, which seems a little disproportionate to me in relation to the other, and the tail. Smaller spikes can also give off the appearance of fur too without overdoin' it. ^~^
Overall,it's awesome.

first of all, good pose and body language, good scenery, nice details. she does look like a top agent following the wake of James B. and others. :)
but.
the curious keyboard right behind her looks odd. creating the lines by hand didn't really work out, I guess... to fix it you might need somethign like a CAD program.
her left shoulder (viewer's right) is a bit too rounded. or maybe it's the perspective? I have a feeling you used a photograph to work from.
the face looks a bit off. first, the eyes are curiously shaped. the left one especially... did you try to lower the eyebrow for a challenging smile? try to have the fur markign follow the movement of the brow if you don't want to use pronounced eyebrows. also, the upper lid looks like cut out. it should have a rounded shape.
second, the lopsided smile looks a bit wrong. I can see what you have been trying, but for this you would need to leave out the line from the right side of the muzzle to the inner eye corner. it indicates a 3/4 view of the head, while it's full frontal. in my opinion, giving her a "symmetric" smile would have worked out better.
I wouldn't use the tail fur again if I were you. :) see, traditional artists use light shadings to create the fur strands. using hard linework makes it look like oddly shaped scales... also, finer strands look better within your overall art style.
(also, her throat could have used a bit of those fur strands so it wouldn't look like a flat board)
so, I hope this helps. I also hope I didn't discourage you...

Alright, that's a lot of advice. I'll run by your comments one by one.
1) The device behind her isn't actually a keyboard. And yes, I was lazy so the lines aren't all parallel.
2) Ok then, I'll try to make the shoulders more 'pronounced' in future.
3) Yes it's supposed to be a 'challenging' smile. Since it'll be an easy edit, I might try to make the fur marking follow the movement of the brow as you said (Although tomorrow. It's getting late here).
4) Not sure about the smile... I can see what you mean, but I still think I'd prefer it how it is. I dunno
5) Yeah, I think I'm going to ditch the tail fur. I just can't make it look nice. Ah well, this is what experimenting is for!
Yep, your advice will help me in my future drawings. And no, you haven't discouraged me! Critiquing like this helps me improve!
Thanks for the feedback. It was quite informative!
