Vesper is the oldest member of the Kobold crew called the Dungeon Scales. He's a black scaled kobold cursed with eternal and unending hunger, able to swallow and devour anything and everything. Only the choker on his neck keeps his appetite in check, you'd better hope it doesn't fall off!
