I discovered one of my skinny pigs, Garbanzo Bean (aka Beanie), has an abscess on the side of his face and chin. I'm going to scrape up whatever I can find to get him treatment as my current job does not pay as well as my privious.

Our exotics vet is very far away (almost an hour) and I know that anesthesia and everything can get expensive as well.

But I'll stop at nothing for this guy. Beanie jumps on my chest, sleeps on my shoulder, and makes happy noises at me. He will nuzzle in my elbow and fall asleep while I kiss his head.

He is one of the best piggies I've ever had and he has been a HUGE comfort over the past year we've had him, especially after the passing of our pig, Mister Egg, whom Bean was also very attached too. Us grieving together strengthened our bond. (And I'm 99% sure he's my familiar as well-)
