I drew this very self-indulgent piece a while back. I wanted to add a lot of the things that were getting me by at the time, namely: time spent outdoors, blonde roast coffee, my kindle, and my vape. I feel like in the last year I have reached a point of maturity I haven't experienced before. I feel more secure in who I am and a newfound confidence in what I can do, and the little things bother me a whole lot less then they used to-- all a sure sign of getting older, I find. Can't say I'm complaining; in fact, it feels kind of nice.

Anyway, I'm rambling a bit. I've been through a lot the last few years, and things are really changing for me. There's been a lot of grief, but with that comes a lot of learning. I hope, to any of my followers reading this, that you are all in a better place right now too <3
